서비스 이용약관Terms of Service

제1조 목적

본 약관은 콘텐츠 자동화 SaaS(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 서비스 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 서비스의 내용

서비스는 이용자가 콘텐츠를 기획, 생성, 검토, 관리 및 게시할 수 있도록 다음과 같은 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.

• 콘텐츠 주제 및 기회 추천
• 텍스트, 이미지, 카드, 블로그 및 소셜 콘텐츠 생성 지원
• 플랫폼별 콘텐츠 형식 및 규격 추천
• 이용자 선호 및 성과 데이터를 활용한 개인화
• 콘텐츠 일정 및 자동 준비 기능
• 이용자가 연결한 외부 플랫폼 계정으로의 게시 지원
• 콘텐츠 성과 기록 및 분석
• 기타 서비스 운영자가 제공하는 부가 기능

일부 기능은 개발 단계, 베타, 제한된 제공 또는 특정 플랫폼에서만 지원될 수 있습니다.

제3조 계정 및 이용자 책임

이용자는 정확한 정보를 사용하여 계정을 관리해야 하며, 자신의 계정과 연결된 외부 서비스 계정의 보안을 유지할 책임이 있습니다.

이용자는 타인의 계정, 인증정보 또는 권한을 무단으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

제4조 외부 플랫폼 연결

서비스는 Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Blogger 및 기타 외부 플랫폼과 공식 API 또는 OAuth를 통해 연결될 수 있습니다.

외부 플랫폼 연결은 이용자의 명시적 동의에 의해 이루어지며, 각 플랫폼의 정책, 권한, 제한 및 서비스 상태에 따라 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.

서비스는 외부 플랫폼의 장애, 정책 변경, API 제한 또는 계정 제한에 대해 완전한 통제권을 가지지 않습니다.

플랫폼별 연결 및 게시 기능은 현재 제공 상태에 따라 다르며, TikTok 연동은 준비 단계입니다.

제5조 콘텐츠 생성 및 AI 사용

서비스는 AI 및 자동화 기술을 활용하여 콘텐츠 초안, 아이디어, 이미지 또는 기타 자료를 생성할 수 있습니다.

생성 결과에는 오류, 부정확성 또는 부적절한 표현이 포함될 수 있으므로, 이용자는 게시 또는 사용 전에 내용을 확인해야 합니다.

서비스는 확인된 근거가 필요한 사실형 콘텐츠에 대해 검증 기능을 제공할 수 있으나, 모든 생성 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.

제6조 게시 승인

기본 게시 방식은 REVIEW_THEN_PUBLISH입니다.

즉, 콘텐츠가 자동으로 준비되더라도 이용자가 최종 내용을 확인하고 게시를 승인한 경우에만 외부 플랫폼으로 게시됩니다.

현재 무인 자동 게시 기능은 활성화되어 있지 않습니다.

제7조 이용자의 콘텐츠

이용자가 직접 입력, 업로드 또는 연결한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 원칙적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.

이용자는 서비스에 제공하는 콘텐츠에 대해 서비스 제공, 변환, 생성, 저장 및 게시에 필요한 범위에서 처리 권한을 부여합니다.

서비스는 이용자의 콘텐츠를 서비스 제공 목적 외로 임의 판매하지 않습니다.

제8조 금지행위

이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 타인의 권리 침해
• 허위 정보 또는 불법 콘텐츠 게시
• 스팸, 사기, 피싱 또는 악성 콘텐츠 생성
• 외부 플랫폼의 정책 위반
• 서비스 보안 또는 시스템을 우회하거나 공격하는 행위
• 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위

제9조 크레딧 및 유료 기능

일부 기능은 Credit 또는 유료 플랜을 사용할 수 있습니다.

Credit은 서비스 내 기능 사용량을 계산하기 위한 단위이며, 현금 또는 법정화폐와 동일하지 않습니다.

Trial Credit, 무료 Credit 또는 프로모션 Credit에는 별도의 사용기간 또는 제한이 적용될 수 있습니다.

유료 결제 기능이 활성화되는 경우 가격, 결제주기, 환불 및 기타 조건은 별도로 안내됩니다.

제10조 서비스 변경 및 중단

서비스 운영자는 기능 개선, 보안, 유지보수, 외부 API 변경 등의 사유로 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

중대한 변경이 있는 경우 가능한 범위에서 이용자에게 안내합니다.

제11조 책임 제한

서비스는 AI 생성 결과, 외부 플랫폼의 정책 변경, 외부 API 장애, 네트워크 장애 또는 이용자의 게시 판단으로 인해 발생한 간접적 손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 제한할 수 있습니다.

다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실에 따른 책임은 관련 법령에 따릅니다.

제12조 계정 해지

이용자는 언제든 서비스 이용을 중단하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

외부 플랫폼 연결은 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다.

법령상 보존 의무가 없는 정보는 서비스 정책과 개인정보처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다.

제13조 약관의 변경

서비스 운영자는 관련 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 본 약관을 수정할 수 있습니다.

중대한 변경이 있는 경우 시행 전에 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the content automation SaaS service ("Service") and define the rights and responsibilities between the Service operator and users.

2. Service

The Service may provide features including:

• content opportunity and topic recommendations
• text, image, card, blog, and social content generation
• platform-specific content formatting recommendations
• personalization based on user preferences and performance
• content planning and scheduled preparation
• publishing to connected third-party platforms
• content performance tracking and analysis
• other related features

Certain features may be experimental, limited, beta, or available only for selected platforms.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and connected third-party accounts.

Users must not access or use another person's account or credentials without authorization.

Users must manage their accounts using accurate information.

4. Third-Party Platform Connections

The Service may connect to platforms such as Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, Blogger, and other services through official APIs or OAuth.

Connections are made only with user authorization.

Features may be limited by third-party platform policies, API availability, permissions, or account status.

The Service does not fully control third-party outages, policy changes, API restrictions, or account restrictions.

Connection and publishing availability varies by platform. TikTok integration is in preparation.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use artificial intelligence and automation to generate content ideas, drafts, images, and other materials.

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing or using it.

Generated materials may also contain inappropriate wording. Evidence checks may assist with factual content, but the Service does not guarantee the accuracy of all generated results.

6. Publishing Approval

The default publishing mode is REVIEW_THEN_PUBLISH.

Content may be automatically prepared, but it is published to an external platform only after the user reviews and approves it.

Unattended automatic publishing is not currently enabled.

7. User Content

Users retain their rights to content they provide or upload.

Users grant the Service the limited rights necessary to process, transform, store, generate, and publish content for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service does not sell user content for unrelated purposes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• infringe third-party rights
• publish illegal or fraudulent content
• create spam, phishing, or malicious content
• violate third-party platform policies
• attempt to bypass or attack Service security
• interfere with normal operation of the Service

Publishing false information is also prohibited.

9. Credits and Paid Features

Certain features may require Credits or a paid plan.

Credits are usage units within the Service and are not equivalent to cash or legal currency.

Trial or promotional Credits may have additional limits.

Free, Trial, and promotional Credits may have expiration periods or usage restrictions. If paid payments are enabled, prices, billing cycles, refunds, and other conditions will be separately disclosed.

10. Service Changes

The Service may be changed, suspended, or limited for maintenance, security, feature improvements, or third-party API changes.

Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from AI-generated content, third-party platform changes, API outages, network issues, or user publishing decisions.

Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator is governed by applicable law.

12. Account Termination

Users may stop using the Service and request account deletion.

Connected third-party accounts may be disconnected through Service settings.

Information not subject to legal retention requirements is deleted according to Service policies and the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when necessary due to legal or Service changes.

Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means before they take effect.
